The fantasy
Adelpha is a virtual world, invented by Appeal for the purpose of a video game named Outcast.
Although a sequel was announced : "Outcast 2 : the Lost Paradise", the project was discontinued and left a number of fans behinds it.
Accordingly, this wiki contains informations from the first episode as well as a few of the second one, that were released during the early development (most of which are coming from The Kronos Project). Therefore, despite the documents of this wiki are intended to be released under a free documentation license, they contain documents and work of art that is still copyrighted to their creators : Appeal's members. Please respect their ownership.

Registering
Most of the pages of this wiki are editable for registered users.
Registering on this wiki is an automatic process : a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you to check you're human (versus a bot). If you don't want to provide your personal e-mail, simply provide a temporary one, it's ok (but you'll loose the benefit of automatic notifications).
Adding content
You can help making this wiki better by adding new articles and fixing / enhancing existing ones.
If you create and new article, put it in a category so the Special:Categories view is always up-to-date (every normal article should be categorized).
Articles can be in more than one category (e.g. MarionWolfe is in Category:Characters and Category:Outcast).
You can see the list of the current categories at Special:Categories.
If you add new content to the story (which you invented for instance), please make it clear for everybody, the best way being to put them in a separate namespace.
The Main namespace should only contain real facts, and original facts set by Appeal.
This way, possible incoherences due to different interpretations will not happen in a given namespace.
